Booking - cancellation - and or refunds

Where a course has to be cancelled by Dartmoor M/C Training due to unforeseen circumstances, such as the instructor being unwell, the site being un-safe, or the weather outlook is such that rider safety might be compromised, alternative dates will be provided at no further charge.

Where the rider fails to bring the required licence (both parts of the new type) then they cannot complete the road ride element of a CBT, and face paying for a 2nd day charged at a slightly lower rate.  IE CBT £20

Where a rider fails a Theory Test inside our cancellation notice period and cannot then take the practical road ride the test fee is fore fit and if the un-used training slot not re-used by another rider booking that too will be fore fit.

Where less than 14 days notice cannot be given for cancellation of Road Riding courses leading to Practical Tests, then the deposit will be fore fit.
